Delhi / Remote Salary / CTC: Up to ₹16 LPA Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days We are looking for an experienced Pharmaceutical Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in commercial drug launches, late-stage drug development (Phase III to commercialization), regulatory/CMC programs, and launch readiness. Key Skills &

Responsibilities:
• Pharmaceutical product launches, FDA/EMA regulatory processes, commercialization and supply chain readiness.
• Cross-functional coordination with Regulatory, R&D;, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance teams.
• Integrated project plans, RAID logs, RACI, risk management, milestone tracking and executive reporting.
• Advanced Smartsheet:



Dashboards, formulas, automation, cross-sheet reports, Control Center and resource management.
• Financial Management: Budget tracking, forecasting, PO management, variance analysis and quarter-end accruals.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query), PowerPoint, and AI tools (ChatGPT/Copilot).
• Excellent English communication, stakeholder management, leadership presentations, and meeting facilitation. Preferred: PMP/CAPM, Smartsheet or Agile certification. Significant: Direct pharmaceutical project management experience, relevant commercial launch exposure, advanced Smartsheet skills, and excellent communication are essential. Generic IT Project Managers are not suitable.
