Job Description:

1. Key Result Areas : Business & Financial Performance Reporting & its Audit Accountability
Major Activities :
 Review, Analysis, supervise & deliver regular financial reports
 Ensuring monthly, quarterly & annual closing of accounts & Preparation of Financials
 Coordinate with Staututory Auditors to do the needful for Statutory & Tax Audit.
 Support CFO for their financial & business requirements
Outcome : Timely and accurate business reporting
2. Key Result Areas: Corporate Accounts & Fixed Asset Management
Major Activities
 Ensuring correct accounting of all transactions & ensure that all the aspects of IND AS & laws /
guidelines / manual have been adhered.
 Ensuring that standard operating procedures are in place in all significant accounting process
 Ensure that accounting processes are mapped adequately in SAP
 Ensure Internal Controls in all process which impacts Financials
 FA & CWIP review and analysis, Calculation of Payback/ROI

 Monitoring Fixed Assets and Capital Expenditure as per capex policy
 Monitoring execution of capital projects & physical verification of Fixed Assets
Outcome: Correct Accounting and Reporting as per above and use of Best Practices
3. Key Result Areas: Cost Records & Audit and related matters
Major Activities :




 Maintain cost records & completion of its audit
 Find out key areas of cost optimisation
 With take aways – make action plan for improvement in costing
 Anti Dumping Duty & related matters
Outcome : Ensure clean audit reports.
4. Key Result Areas : Internal Controls & its Audits
Major Activities
 Co-ordination with the Internal Auditor
 Co-ordination with internal process owners on matters of accounts and audit
 Ensure timely submission of the audit report.
 Coordinate & ensure IFC in place
 Coordiante for Risk & Control meeting, its presentation on Q basis.
Outcome: Ensure clean audit reports and completion of audit in time.
5. Key Result Areas : SAP health, controls
Major Activities :
 To ensure & approve any changes in SAP which effect financials
 To coordinate for controls in SAP like role definition, role conflicts
 Look at possibilities to use SAP functionality and maximise automation
Outcome : Effective controls, valuable business process
6. Key Results Areas – Misc
 Support all types of Audit in FACT
 TP determination
 Support in filing of tax returns
 Providing data for various Business & regulatory needs
 Any task as per advise of CFO
