Position: Senior Lead – Business Development

Job Location: Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Home

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Experience Required: 7–10 years in Business Development within the Shipbuilding or Marine Engineering sector

Employment Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop current business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
2. Promote marine engineering software products and services.
3. Handle client coordination, lead generation, proposals, and business development activities.
4.



Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
5. Coordinate with internal teams and support pre-sales activities.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Relevant experience in business development or technical sales within the marine or shipbuilding industry.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
4. Knowledge of marine engineering, ship design processes, and software solutions.
