As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, engaging directly with customers across Indore and surrounding regions. Your primary mission is to identify and nurture new business opportunities, turning prospects into loyal clients. You will travel to client sites, conduct product demonstrations, and articulate the value proposition of our solutions in a clear, persuasive manner.

In this role, you will:

Your success will be measured by the number of qualified leads generated, the conversion rate of those leads, and the attainment of monthly sales targets. The role offers a structured compensation package that rewards performance: a fixed base salary of INR 216,000 per month, complemented by a variable incentive of up to INR 3,000 for exceeding targets.
