Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma or equivalent, depending on station requirements

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible Station Operator to manage day-to-day operations at an assigned work station,

operate designated equipment safely, monitor processes, maintain records, and support smooth and efficient

workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor assigned station equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Perform start-up checks, routine inspections, and basic operational checks.

• Monitor process parameters and report faults, abnormalities, or breakdowns promptly.

• Maintain accurate shift logs, production/operation records, and checklists.

• Ensure cleanliness,



proper material handling, and orderly station conditions.

• Coordinate with supervisors, maintenance, quality, and other team members.

• Follow safety instructions, wear required PPE, and report hazards or incidents.

• Support shift handovers and meet assigned operational and quality targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic understanding of equipment operation and workplace safety.

• Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and shift schedules.

• Good attention to detail, discipline, and teamwork.

• Willingness to work rotational shifts, if required.

• Relevant technical or operational experience is an advantage.
