Role Summary The Senior Service Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of technology solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance. The role oversees multiple delivery teams, manages customer relationships, and is accountable for delivery governance, project financials, order management, and Profit & Loss (P&L;). Working closely with business stakeholders and support functions, the Senior Service Delivery Manager ensures delivery commitments align with business objectives and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities




• Lead end to end delivery across multiple teams, ensuring quality, predictable execution, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships, acting as the primary delivery contact.
• Own project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, costs, profitability, and P&L; management.
• Manage the end-to-end customer order lifecycle, ensuring orders are appropriately scoped, funded, resourced, and delivered.
• Monitor delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and financial metrics, implementing corrective actions as required.
• Lead, mentor, and develop delivery teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Establish delivery governance, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Promote Agile delivery practices and operational excellence across service delivery functions.
• Ensure adherence to contractual commitments, compliance standards, and organizational policies.
