Role Description This is a full time, in office Campaign Manager role based in Udaipur. The Campaign Manager will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal creative, digital, and production teams, managing campaign calendars, and monitoring performance metrics to recommend data-driven improvements. The role also involves client communication, preparing campaign reports and presentations,



and supporting business development efforts through campaign insights. The Campaign Manager will help maintain process discipline while contributing to innovative ideas that elevate client brands. Qualifications
• Strong campaign management skills, including experience planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams, and presenting campaign strategies and results.
• Project management skills to handle multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Sales and client relationship skills to support account growth and identify opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
• Knowledge of digital and social media platforms, basic analytics tools, and current marketing trends.
• Ability to work on-site in Udaipur, operate in a fast-paced agency environment, and collaborate across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in an agency or similar marketing workplace is preferred but not mandatory.
