About the Role
Globe Centrix is looking for detail-oriented Chart Preparation Executives to support our U.
S. healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) operations. If you have experience reviewing medical records, preparing patient charts, or managing healthcare documentation, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll review and organize patient charts and supporting medical documentation to ensure records are complete, accurate, and ready for billing and further processing. This role requires strong attention to detail, an understanding of healthcare documentation, and the ability to follow established procedures and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Review patient charts, medical records, and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance details, and required clinical and billing documentation.
• Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.
• Organize and prepare charts in line with client requirements and process guidelines.
• Ensure required documentation is available before billing or claim submission.
• Follow SOPs, quality standards,



and HIPAA requirements while handling confidential patient information.
• Meet defined productivity, accuracy, and turnaround-time targets.
• Maintain transparent and accurate documentation of chart review and follow-up activities. Mandatory

Requirements:
• Experience in U.
S. Healthcare, Medical Billing, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is preferred.
• Experience in Chart Preparation, Medical Records, Medical Documentation, Patient Intake, or Insurance Verification will be considered.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in a U.
