Role Description The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring that manufacturing processes are efficient, protected, and aligned with quality standards. This full-time, on-site role based in Thane includes planning and scheduling production activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring resource utilization to meet delivery timelines.



The role involves implementing and optimizing production methods, troubleshooting process issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime. The Production Engineer will also collaborate with quality and maintenance teams, prepare production reports, and contribute to the development of new or customized products for demanding industrial applications. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering and Production Planning skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates should possess experience in Quality Control and adherence to industrial safety standards.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, heavy engineering, or industrial tools/equipment is beneficial.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, process optimization, and basic CAD or technical drawing interpretation is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Thane and manage multiple production priorities in a fast-paced environment.
