Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Syndication & Investor Relations Associate with 1-3 years of experience to support our investor syndication operations and partner network. The role involves coordinating investment opportunities, managing communications with syndicate partners, facilitating company introductions, and tracking investor engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and coordination skills, confidence in stakeholder management, and an interest in the startup and investment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate investor syndication activities and support end-to-end deal flow management.
• Connect with syndicate partners to share curated investment opportunities and exchange relevant deal submissions.
• Manage and maintain records of partner communications, deal submissions, and investor responses.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings between companies and syndicate partners.
• Assist in preparing and circulating pitch decks, executive summaries, and investment-related documents.
• Monitor partner engagement and maintain reports on syndication activities.




• Support email communications, investor updates, and marketing initiatives related to syndicated opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely coordination of company introductions, documentation, and deal-related activities.
• Support companies with various aspects of investor relations and engagement. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid coordination, relationship management, and organizational abilities.
• Proactive, confident, and comfortable communicating with external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and maintain accurate records.
• Good follow-up and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience
• Exposure to venture capital, angel investing, private equity, or startup ecosystems.
• Experience working with syndication networks, investment groups, or investor communities.
• Familiarity with deal flow management, investor outreach, or partnership coordination.
