Role Description The Physiotherapist will provide hands-on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions, tailoring intervention plans to each patient’s needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed physical evaluations, developing and implementing exercise and rehabilitation programs, and using manual therapy and therapeutic modalities to improve mobility and function. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, monitoring patient progress, educating patients and families on home exercise programs and preventive care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals when needed. The Physiotherapist will also contribute to maintaining a safe, clean,



and professional clinical environment and may assist in patient scheduling and basic administrative tasks related to therapy services. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashik. Qualifications
• Recognized degree or diploma in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution; valid registration or license as required by local regulations.
• Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and execution of rehabilitation programs for a range of conditions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and use of physiotherapy equipment and modalities.
• Ability to educate patients and caregivers clearly on exercises, posture, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients from diverse backgrounds and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Valuable documentation and organizational skills, including maintaining accurate clinical records and following clinic protocols.
• Capacity to work full time on-site in Nashik and manage a consistent caseload while maintaining high standards of care.
