Job Description
The Technical Deal Desk provides a non-customer facing, shared service function to support the CAA (Cloud Architect & Advisor) organization across: Initial Selling back-office support for both SAP and Partner CAAs with the documentation of customer landscape information in SAP’s delivery systems of record, and the transition of that information to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services via the Sales2Delivery Handover. Continuous Selling back-office support. Qualifications and

skills:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree preferably in Engineering or Computer Science, Business Administration from an accredited university
• High proficiency in SAP Basis consultant role
• High Proficiency in the SAP product portfolio, offerings, and industry solutions.
• Valuable understanding of SAP solutions (releases, platform interdependencies etc.)




• Good understanding of operational aspects (Application or Technical) of SAP solutions in a cloud environment.
• Good understanding of capabilities of at least one Hyperscaler (AWS; MS Azure or GCP)
• Ability and willingness to be part of a global team of Cloud Architects Work

Experience:
• 3+ years of customer facing SAP Consulting experience.
• 3+ years of solution design, and or SAP implementation.
• Experience in a customer facing pre-sales role is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP BTP, IaaS Providers (AWS, MS Azure or GCP), SAP Premium Suppliers and/or data centers is a big advantage.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance expertise is an advantage
• SAP Application Lifecycle Management and or SAP Operations experience is an advantage
• ITSM, Service Design & Delivery experience is an advantage
• SAP HANA and S/4 HANA skills are an advantage
• An engineering graduate with a strong background in SAP technical consulting Language:
• English (fluent)
