Company Description WE for Women Empowerment is a POSH compliance and workplace safety organization supporting companies, institutions, factories, MSMEs, hospitals, NGOs, startups, and community organizations across India, with a special focus on Punjab and North India. Since 2021, the organization has helped over 100 clients and trained more than 6,000 individuals through 250+ POSH compliance, Internal Committee training, and awareness sessions. Its services include POSH awareness programs, Internal Committee training, external member support, policy drafting, audits, and documentation guidance. WE for Women Empowerment focuses on practical, workplace-oriented training that promotes dignity, respect, accountability, and legal awareness. The organization works with employers who want to move beyond paper compliance and build genuinely safe and respectful workplaces. Role Description The Graphic Design Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Phagwara. This role involves designing visual assets for training materials, presentations, social media campaigns, reports, and educational content that support POSH and workplace safety initiatives. The specialist will create and refine logos, branding elements, and graphics that align with the organization’s mission and visual identity.



Daily responsibilities include collaborating with program and marketing teams, translating complex concepts into clear visuals, and preparing designs for both digital and print use. The role also requires maintaining design consistency across all communication channels and managing multiple design projects with timely delivery. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to convert ideas and training content into engaging visual formats.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain consistent visual identity across materials and campaigns.
• Proficiency in Image Editing and related tools for optimizing visuals for digital platforms and print-ready formats.
• Hands-on experience with standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate design concepts clearly.
• Attention to detail, solid time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience designing materials for training, education, nonprofits, or social impact initiatives is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
