n Coordinate with all departments within the company for all offshore-related scope of the project. n Assist OCM in preparing requirement and technical evaluation of offshore materials and expedite the delivery, receipt at stores and approval of MRV of these materials. n Assist OCM in providing input for weekly and monthly report and attend meetings with client. n Optimized workflow processes to improve overall team productivity and deliver high-quality results. Assist OCM in Liaising with Marine Warranty Surveyors on all issues related to marine or construction aspects of the work such as document review, approval, attendance during load-out, towing and offshore installation. Attend weekly meetings with PM or OCM to discuss progress and areas of concern.



Established a solid working relationships with clients and their consultants by maintaining open communication channels and promptly addressing concerns or issues that arose during the course of project. Monitored installation of materials and equipment for compliance with drawings and specifications. Etc. Ensure implementation of the project safety plan and the company HSEMS and enhance quality of the work. Prepare mobilization plans, and attend mobilization meetings. Coordinate with Barge Superintends, and Field Engineers to ensure that mobilization is through and complete.. Review offshore procedures as needed, including collecting comments from marine and sub-sea departments; and updating those documentation as needed for the project.
