The specialist will generate and qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Daily responsibilities include presenting services, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers. The role also involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, contributing to content and messaging, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback to improve offerings. The specialist will deliver product and service training to clients or internal stakeholders as needed and maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting tools. Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.




• Customer Service and relationship-building skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and support long-term partnerships.
• Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Sales Management and pipeline management skills to track opportunities, forecast revenue, and prioritize activities.
• Training skills to deliver product or service demonstrations and educational sessions to clients or colleagues.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, CRM systems, and basic data analysis for campaign and sales performance.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in media, technology, or creative services industries is an advantage.
