T Role Description The Human Resources Generalist will handle day-to-day HR operations, including administering HR policies, supporting employee relations, and coordinating recruitment and onboarding for various roles. This position will manage employee records, support performance management processes, and assist with training and development initiatives. The role includes overseeing benefits administration, addressing employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards. The HR Generalist will also collaborate with leadership to improve HR processes, support HR reporting, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent communication with team members and stakeholders across locations. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management,



with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
• Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements.
• Knowledge of Employee Advantages and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee support.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations, and experience maintaining compliance in a professional environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with HRIS and common office software tools.
• Experience in media, technology, or creative industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
