Retail Sales Intern – FRIDO Company: FRIDO Position: Retail Sales Intern Internship Type: Paid Internship Duration: 3 Months Locations: Pune | Mumbai | Bangalore | Gurugram | Delhi | Hyderabad Work Mode: In office – FRIDO Experience Centers About FRIDO FRIDO is a comfort-focused brand offering innovative ergonomic products, including chairs, cushions, pillows, insoles and footwear. We aim to enhance everyday comfort through innovative products and personalized customer experiences. Role Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Interns to join our Experience Centers. The role involves engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, demonstrating products and driving sales conversions while supporting day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and engage walk-in customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate FRIDO products and communicate their features, perks and USPs.
• Drive sales conversions and contribute towards achieving store sales targets.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Handle customer queries, maintain follow-up records and build positive customer relationships.
• Assist with product trials,



foot scans and customer consultations under team supervision.
• Support billing, inventory management, product displays and overall store operations.
• Maintain store hygiene and follow company SOPs. Eligibility & Skills
• Undergraduate students, fresh graduates or candidates pursuing graduation.
• Candidates from BBA, B.
Com, BMS, MBA or any other stream are welcome.
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Interest in sales, retail and customer service.
• Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
• Prior sales or retail experience is an added advantage but not mandatory. Important: Friday, Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days. Candidates must be comfortable working weekends and committing to the complete Three -month internship. What You Will Gain
