Open Positions: ? Employee Central (EC) Lead (x1) – Leading the EC workstream, with at least 2 greenfield lead implementations and strong strategic advisory experience. ? Onboarding Lead (x1) – Technical onboarding expert with cross-module experience, particularly across Employee Central and Recruiting. ? Recruiting Lead (x1) – Experience designing and deploying Recruiting solutions, including SmartRecruiters and AI capabilities. ? Compensation & Variable Pay Lead (x1) – Leading the Compensation & Variable Pay workstream, with at least 2 lead implementations and robust stakeholder management skills. ? Reporting Expert (x1) – Strong expertise in complex reporting using native SuccessFactors tools and in-depth knowledge of the Hire-to-Retire (H2R)



data lifecycle. ? Integration Consultants (x2) – Strong technical expertise in SAP CPI and SAP SuccessFactors integrations, with experience coordinating with technical teams and third-party vendors. ? Data Specialist (x1) – Experience preparing Data Collection Templates (DCTs) and executing and validating H2R data loads in complex multi-instance environments. ?
