• Lead preparation of specifications from concept to IFC stage.
• Ensure specifications meet codes, standards, and client expectations.
• Represent the discipline in meetings and technical reviews. Mentorship & Development
• Provide oversight and mentoring to junior writers.
• Deliver training on codes, standards, and innovations. Project Coordination
• Collaborate with project managers to align specs with schedules and budgets.
