We are hiring a qualified Company Secretary to support the Company’s secretarial and compliance activities. Candidate Profile
• Qualified Company Secretary, having cleared the CS Professional Programme.
• 3–5 years of post-training experience in the secretarial function of a listed entity.
• Positive working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial Standards and SEBI Regulations.
• Strong drafting and computer skills.
• Candidates with a degree in Law will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Statutory Compliance & Reporting: Manage compliances under the Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial Standards and SEBI Regulations, including filings with MCA, Stock Exchanges and other regulatory authorities.
• Board & Shareholder Meetings: Assist in preparing agendas, minutes and other documentation for Board, Committee and General Meetings, including postal ballots.
• Industry-Specific Regulatory Compliance: Support registration of ships and mortgages with Indian and overseas shipping regulators.
• Group Companies: Manage secretarial compliances for Indian and overseas subsidiaries.




• Audits: Facilitate secretarial and statutory audits.
• Documentation: Maintain statutory registers and assist in drafting secretarial documents, contracts and agreements.
• Regulatory Liaison: Liaise with MCA, Stock Exchanges, Indian and overseas shipping regulators and other relevant authorities/agencies.

Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating directors’ travel, preparing MIS, managing compliance solutions, coordinating with internal departments and undertaking other responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
