We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to manage and oversee HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, a good understanding of HR practices, and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives. Key Responsibilities  Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and employee separation.  Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices in line with company objectives.  Handle manpower planning, workforce management, and recruitment strategies.  Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.  Oversee performance management systems, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.  Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.  Monitor employee retention, attrition, and engagement levels.



 Coordinate with business heads and regional teams to address HR-related requirements.  Manage HR MIS, employee records, and periodic HR reports.  Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee productivity.  Lead and guide the HR team to ensure smooth execution of HR activities.  Implement employee welfare initiatives and maintain a positive work environment. Required Skills  Strong knowledge of HR operations and HR management practices.  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.  Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.  Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.  Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.  Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and HR reporting.  Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with senior management.
