Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven Brand Promoter (Store Sales

Executive) to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers,

promoting products, achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, and ensuring an

excellent in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

 Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting apparel, garments, and textile

products according to their needs.

 Promote products and explain their features, quality, pricing, and benefits to customers.

 Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

 Provide accurate information about product availability, pricing, offers, and after-sales

services.

 Answer customer queries and help them make informed purchasing decisions.

 Recommend suitable products and cross-sell additional items to increase sales.

 Maintain proper product displays and ensure racks and shelves are fully stocked and

organized.

 Assist with billing, transactions, returns,



and exchanges as per company policies.

 Monitor product availability and coordinate with the store team for stock replenishment.

 Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the store manager or management.

 Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer

service, especially during peak hours.

 Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and brand presentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

 Minimum 6 months of experience in retail sales, store sales, or store operations.

 Experience in the apparel, garments, textile, or fashion retail industry is preferred.

 Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

 Strong sales, convincing, and cross-selling abilities.

 Basic knowledge of product display, stock management, and retail operations.

 Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.

 Ability to work in a team and manage customers during busy periods.

 Immediate joiners preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience as a Brand Promoter, Sales Executive, Retail Sales Associate, Store

Sales Executive, or Fashion Sales Associate in apparel or garment stores are encouraged to apply.
