Job Description

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and manage comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BoQ) for civil and structural projects
- Conduct detailed cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting throughout project lifecycle
- Administer contracts and manage contractual obligations between stakeholders
- Oversee procurement processes and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Monitor project progress, track expenditures, and prepare regular financial reports
- Manage variation orders and change requests with appropriate documentation and approval
- Perform risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies for cost and schedule impacts
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on project requirements
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, records, and audit trails
- Analyse tender documents and provide cost-benefit analysis for project decisions
- Support project teams in value engineering initiatives to optimise costs without compromising quality
