What you’ll be doing

As a Sales Manager, you will drive growth across the BFSI sector by identifying and developing new business opportunities with banks, NBFCs, digital lenders, housing finance companies, small finance banks, and other financial institutions. You will work within Experian’s Consumer Services business, helping clients improve decision-making through credit risk, fraud prevention, analytics, and decisioning solutions.

- Drive business growth by developing and executing sales strategies across the BFSI sector to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, engage, and acquire recent clients while building a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
- Promote and sell Experian’s credit risk, fraud prevention, analytics, and decisioning solutions through a consultative sales approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, presentations, and successful customer outcomes that demonstrate business value.
- Monitor market trends, represent Experian at industry events, and maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
