About the role
You will look after the people side of the business: transparent job descriptions and KPIs, fair reviews, recruitment and training.

Responsibilities
Prepare job descriptions, KPIs and performance plans for every employee with the owner and managers.
Track attendance, reports, tasks and deadlines, and check work through records and spot checks.
Run daily, weekly and monthly reviews and send a monthly HR report to the owner.
Conduct fair Reviews of Concern where there are verified shortfalls, with a written record.
Recruit, onboard and train staff, and keep confidential employee records.
Draft HR policies for the owner’s approval.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline with HR or people-management experience. An MBA or PGDM in HR is preferred.
Retail or multi-branch business experience is preferred, along with knowledge of Indian employment practices.
Marathi and Hindi; English is helpful.
Valuable Google Sheets and Forms skills.
Fair, confidential and well organised.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
