IT Executive – Palarivattom, Kochi

Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Executive to handle day-to-day IT support at our Head Office and branches.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle computer, printer, internet and Wi-Fi related issues
Install and update office software and systems
Manage basic CCTV/DVR/NVR monitoring and support
Create and manage employee email/user accounts
Maintain regular data backups
Maintain IT equipment and software records
Coordinate with internet, CCTV and hardware service providers
Provide basic technical support to staff




Maintain records of IT issues and solutions
Visit branches when required for IT support

Requirements:
1–2 years of IT support experience preferred
Freshers with valuable practical IT knowledge can also apply
Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, Wi-Fi and CCTV
Knowledge of Google Workspace is preferred
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence
Valuable communication skills in Malayalam and English
Willingness to travel to branches when required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
