Position: Store Manager
Experience: 2–4 Years (Retail Store Management preferred)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor store performance.
Handle inventory management, stock audits and replenishment.
Lead, train and supervise store staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
Monitor billing, POS operations and daily sales reports.
Maintain visual merchandising, store hygiene and product displays.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures.





Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in retail store management.
Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager preferred.
Experience in retail brands, especially FirstCry, Babyhug or kids' retail, will be an advantage.
Robust knowledge of sales, inventory and team management.
Positive communication, leadership and customer-handling skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
