About the Role:

We are seeking an VM & Storage Engineer with 5+ years of experience to manage and troubleshoot VMware ESXi, vCenter, clusters, HA, DRS, vMotion and related components.

Requirements
Provide operational and technical support for VMware virtualization environments.
Manage and troubleshoot VMware ESXi, vCenter, clusters, HA, DRS, vMotion, and related components.
Perform root-cause analysis and resolution of complex virtualization incidents and performance issues.
Plan and execute VMware upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle activities.
Monitor and optimize VM, host, cluster, and resource utilization.
Support capacity planning, performance management, and availability requirements.
Administer and troubleshoot enterprise storage settings,



including HPE Qumulo, Pure Storage, and HPE Alletra.
Troubleshoot storage connectivity, capacity, performance, replication, and availability issues.
Collaborate with infrastructure, backup, network, and application teams to resolve cross-platform issues.
Develop and maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge articles.
Participate in infrastructure changes, DR activities, technology upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as the technical escalation POC and coordinate with OEM/vendor support when required.
