Job Description

Irish Technologies LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist / Onboarding Specialist to support recruitment coordination, candidate onboarding, and HR operations for our US staffing business.

Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate candidate onboarding and joining formalities.
Collect and maintain candidate documents and employment records.
Follow up with candidates and internal teams regarding onboarding requirements.




Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.
Maintain onboarding trackers and HR documentation.

Requirements
MBA in Human Resources (HR) is mandatory.
Positive verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Willingness to work in US shift timings and from the office (in office).
Freshers and experienced candidates with relevant skills may apply.
