We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses and support them throughout the admission process.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Understand students’ educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
Provide course guidance and recommend suitable educational programs.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate student records and update leads in the ERP/CRM system.
Coordinate the admission process and assist students with documentation.
Achieve admission and enrollment targets.
Prepare daily reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
