Job Description
Supervise and manage day-to-day activities at the construction/site location.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and vendors.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
Check the quality of work and ensure proper execution.
Maintain daily site reports and work progress updates.
Ensure proper use and handling of construction materials.
Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues.
Ensure safety rules and site procedures are followed.
Coordinate with the project manager/engineer regarding progress and requirements.
