Job Role
Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email.
Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies and quality standards.
Update customer records and document interactions accurately.

Eligibility
Experience: 0–4 years (Freshers are welcome)
Good communication skills in English are mandatory.
Knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada is preferred.
Basic computer skills and typing knowledge.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts,
