Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
Monitor patient vitals and record symptoms and progress.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare specialists.
Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure infection control protocols and hospital policies are followed.
Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving measures as needed.
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness in patient care areas.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
