Job Title: Tool Room VMC Operator

Job Responsibilities
Operate VMC machines in the tool room.
Perform machining operations as per engineering drawings.
Handle tool room components and precision jobs.
Understand and follow technical drawings.
Perform tool setting and workpiece setting.
Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
Use Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
Perform basic machine maintenance.
Ensure quality standards and production targets.

Required Skills
Experience in Tool Room VMC Machine Operation.
Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens controllers.
Knowledge of cutting tools and machining processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of precision machining.
Knowledge of measuring instruments.
Ability to work independently.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and technical skills).
