Procurement Management

· Execute procurement strategies aligned with business requirements and cost objectives.

· Source and negotiate with vendors to obtain the best quality at competitive prices.

· Generate purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of food, beverages, packaging, and operational supplies.

· Develop alternate vendors to mitigate supply risks.

· Monitor market trends and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

Store Operations & Inventory Control

· Oversee receiving, storage, and issuance of materials following FIFO/FEFO standards.

· Ensure accurate stock records in the inventory management system.

· Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile variances.

· Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.

· Manage inter-unit transfers where applicable.

Cost Control & Financial Discipline

· Track food cost components and support cost reduction initiatives.

· Monitor wastage, pilferage, and expired stock.

· Ensure procurement aligns with approved budgets.

· Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payment processes.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination





· Maintain solid relationships with approved vendors and service providers.

· Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.

· Collaborate with chefs, restaurant managers, and operations teams for demand planning.

· Coordinate with airport logistics teams for timely material movement.

Compliance & Audit

· Ensure adherence to FSSAI guidelines, hygiene standards, and storage protocols.

· Comply with airport authority regulations, security clearances, and documentation.

· Maintain audit-ready documentation for internal and external reviews.

· Enforce SOPs for protected storage of perishable and non-perishable goods.

Reporting & MIS

· Prepare daily/weekly inventory and procurement reports.

· Analyze consumption patterns and forecast future requirements.

· Highlight risks, shortages, and cost variances to management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
