Operate tower cranes safely for lifting, shifting, and placing construction materials as per site requirements.
Inspect the crane, controls, hoisting mechanism, brakes, and safety devices before starting operations.
Follow instructions from the site engineer, lifting supervisor, and authorized signalman.
Ensure that the load is properly secured and within the crane’s approved lifting capacity.
Maintain transparent communication with riggers, signalmen, and ground staff during lifting operations.
Monitor weather conditions, wind speed, and other site conditions before and during crane operations.
Immediately report any mechanical faults, unusual noises, or safety hazards to the concerned supervisor.




Maintain the daily crane operation logbook and inspection records, as required.
Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and applicable construction safety regulations.
Ensure that no unauthorized person enters the crane operating area or remains under suspended loads.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for regular servicing and preventive maintenance.
Park, secure, and shut down the crane according to the manufacturer’s instructions and site safety procedures.
