Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory).
Master’s Degree (MBA/PGDM in HR) preferred for mid-to-senior roles.
Specialized certifications add value:
SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP
CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development)
Diploma in Labor Laws & Industrial Relations (for compliance-heavy roles in India).
Qualified Experience
2–5 years of progressive HR experience for mid-level HR Manager roles.
2–3 years for senior HR Manager positions, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
Proven track record in:
Recruitment & talent acquisition
Employee relations and conflict resolution
Policy drafting and compliance management
Performance management systems
HR analytics and technology adoption
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
