ALIQAN Technologies is hiring for an MNC client.

Location: Noida
Experience: 10–12 Years
Domain: Banking / FinTech (Mandatory)
Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations and ensure timely delivery.
Drive process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational excellence.
Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and operational controls.
Manage client relationships, program implementation, and stakeholder communication.
Lead and mentor operations teams.
Handle operational reporting, metrics tracking, and issue resolution.

Mandatory Skills:
Banking / FinTech domain experience
Operations Management and Process Improvement
MS Excel and Operational Reporting
Stakeholder Management and Team Leadership
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
Fluent English and Skilled Email Etiquette

Programming knowledge will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
