Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational support to the Sales team.
Coordinate with clients regarding order status, updates, and delivery schedules.
Follow up with internal departments for order processing and timely delivery.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM information.
Assist the Sales team in preparing sales reports, presentations, and business documents.
Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Maintain proper records of client communications, orders, and pending requirements.
Assist the Sales team in managing client inquiries and forwarding them to the concerned team.
Track pending orders, payments, and follow-ups and share regular updates with the Sales team.
Ensure proper documentation and timely communication between departments.
Support the Sales Manager in daily reporting and other sales-related administrative activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
