Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to enquiries and assigned leads, and handle incoming calls.
Explain KovaiKnot’s services, registration process, and available membership plans.
Understand customer needs and answer questions politely and accurately.
Assist interested customers with registration and profile completion.
Follow up on pending registrations and membership enquiries.
Record call outcomes, customer details, and next steps in the CRM.
Coordinate with the support team to resolve customer questions.
Work towards agreed calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.
Handle personal information discreetly and follow company confidentiality procedures.

Requirements




Fluent spoken Tamil and valuable spoken English.
Explicit communication, patience, and robust listening skills.
Comfortable speaking with individuals and families from different backgrounds.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM tools.
Ability to follow up consistently without pressuring customers.
Telecalling, customer support, or sales experience is preferred; freshers with strong

communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
