Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and manage client relationships for residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to convert leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Monitor leads, follow-ups, and conversions to ensure consistent pipeline movement
Conduct client meetings and presentations for high-value projects
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase project closures
Coordinate with the design and execution teams for smooth project handovers
Review proposals, quotations, and negotiations before final closure
Track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports




Train and mentor team members for improved communication and conversion skills
Maintain strong relationships with key clients

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in interiors, real estate, or construction
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Preferred Skills
Experience handling residential interior projects
Ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously
Strong presentation skills
Team management experience
