Job Overview

We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, build strong relationships, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle client queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Handle client queries through WhatsApp, calls, and email.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Identify opportunities for upselling and improving client engagement.




Collect client feedback and share insights with the relevant teams.

Requirements
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
Good follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable handling calls and client conversations.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Candidates with a background in customer support, sales, client servicing, or relationship management are preferred.
