Required Fabric Merchandiser

NOTE: We do not required PD merchant or with garment export-house experience, these candidates should not apply.

We are looking for a self-driven Fabric Merchandiser to handle fabric orders and coordinate with buyers, mills, processors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
Handle fabric sample requirements, lab dips and approvals.
Coordinate with mills, dyeing/processing units and suppliers.
Follow up on production schedules and delivery timelines.
Track orders from PO → Sampling → Production → Processing → Quality → Dispatch.
Maintain updated order and sample trackers.
Coordinate customer requirements and resolve order-related issues.

What We Are Looking For




2–5 years of experience in textiles, fabrics or textile merchandising.
Understanding of fabrics and textile production.
Experience in handling woven/knit fabrics will be preferred.
Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
