Qualification : Graduate in any discipline

Required Skills: E- Tendering, SRM Portals, GeM Portals online bidding, MS Excel and MS Office

Key Responsibility:
Handle tender related documentation, preparation, and online submission activities.
Manage, update, and maintain company profiles and mandatory documents on SRM Portals and other relevant e-procurement platforms.
Assist in completing tender forms , preparing supporting documents, and uploading the required information.
Monitor tender notifications, auction schedules, corrigenda, and other related activities through online portals.
Assist in online bidding and e-auction processes as per management instructions.
Maintain proper records of submitted tenders, quotations, purchase orders, and other related documents.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect the necessary information approvals, and documents for tender submission.
Track tender dedlines and ensure timely submission of bids and completion of assigned activities.
Prepare and maintain tender MIS reports,



submission trackers, and other records using MS Excel.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of tender documents before submission.
perform other tender - related duties as assigned by the management.

Eligibility and Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
relevant experience in tender documentation, e-tendering, online bidding , and e-auction activites is preferred.
Familiarity with SRM portals or similar e-procurement platforms will be preferred.
Basic to good knowledge of MS EXCEL and MS WORD and other MS Office applications.
Positive documentation , data entry and computer operating skills.
Robust communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple tender assignments and meet strict submission deadlines.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and a responsible approach to confidential company documents.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
