Roles and Responsibilities
Formulate strategies to meet sales targets based on market analysis and business goals.
Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to forecast demand.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
Identify and onboard current distributors or retail partners to enhance market coverage.
Ensure an optimal inventory level across the distribution network to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Analyze regional sales performance to identify opportunities and address challenges.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product launches.
Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts to senior management.



Supply
Communicate with supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Graduate/Postgraduate degree
10+years of experience in mobile sales with proven track record
Must be located in commutable distance to job location (s) Lucknow, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Pune
Ability to drive mobile sales through B2B trading
Willingness to work with large multi-brand mobile sales in both distribution and e-commerce platforms
Expertise in negotiating terms with distributors, retailers, and other partners
Deep understanding of the mobile handset industry, including trends, customer preferences and competitor strategies
Solid knowledge of mobile handsets, features, and technology
Well connected to the local mobile industry distributor, channel partners and retailers
Should be agile, and able to execute the orders in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
