Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Packaging or Manufacturing industry. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting operations, GST, TDS, invoicing, and basic SAP operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, and billing.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation.
Handle GST, TDS, and other accounting-related documentation.
Maintain ledger accounts and assist in monthly closing activities.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments.
Generate financial reports and maintain proper documentation.
Work on SAP software for accounting entries and financial operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Packaging or Manufacturing sector.
Basic to good working knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting processes.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Salary & Advantages
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
