G-TEC Education is a leading educational institution providing computer education, IT training, and various skill development courses. We operate 18 centres across Kollam District, focusing on delivering quality education and career-oriented training.

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented Area Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the operations of our centres across Kollam District.

Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor the daily operations of all 18 G-TEC centres across Kollam District.
Motivate and support centre directors and staff to achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Monitor student admissions, fee collections, and overall centre performance.
Conduct regular monthly visits to all assigned centres to review performance and operational activities.
Ensure timely fee collection and follow up with centres regarding pending payments.
Develop strategies to improve student admissions, revenue generation, and centre performance.




Maintain regular communication and coordination with centre directors.
Identify operational challenges and provide appropriate solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements
Any Graduate (Degree in any discipline).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Willingness to travel regularly across Kollam District for centre visits.
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
