Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a skilled and friendly manner.
Guide patients regarding hospital services, departments, appointments, and registration.
Handle patient enquiries, feedback, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Assist patients with admissions, appointments, and other hospital procedures.
Maintain patient records and ensure proper communication.
Help resolve patient concerns and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.

Skills Required
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient-friendly attitude and a service-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
