Key Responsibilities
Conduct theory and practical sessions as per the Lakmé Academy curriculum.
Train students in basic to advanced haircutting techniques.
Teach skilled hair styling, blow-drying, ironing, curling and updos.
Demonstrate hair colouring, highlighting and other chemical services.
Train students in hair care treatments and scalp analysis.
Teach shampooing, conditioning and hair maintenance techniques.
Demonstrate the correct use of qualified salon tools and equipment.
Explain hair product knowledge and appropriate product usage.
Maintain hygiene, sanitation and safety standards during practical sessions.
Conduct student assessments and evaluate practical performance.
Resolve students’ technical doubts and provide individual guidance.
Prepare students for internal and external assessments.
Keep training materials, tools and equipment organised.
Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques and industry practices.
Develop students’ technical skills and prepare them for skilled salon careers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
