About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Investment Operations skilled to manage and oversee investment-related operational activities, financial reporting, portfolio monitoring and investment transactions.

The ideal candidate should possess a robust financial and analytical background, preferably with a CA or CFA qualification, and experience working in investment management, financial services or a related industry.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day investment operations and ensure smooth execution of investment-related activities.
Monitor investment portfolios, transactions and fund operations.
Oversee trade processing, settlements, reconciliations and transaction monitoring.
Prepare and review investment reports, portfolio performance reports and financial statements.
Ensure accuracy of investment records, financial data and operational documentation.
Coordinate with fund managers, brokers, custodians, banks and other financial institutions.
Monitor cash flows, fund movements and investment positions.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements and compliance standards.




Identify operational risks and implement process improvements.
Support investment analysis, portfolio reporting and management decision-making.

Candidate Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA preferred.
5–10 years of relevant experience in Investment Operations, Fund Operations, Portfolio Operations or Financial Services.
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products and portfolio management.
Experience in investment reconciliation, trade settlements, financial reporting and portfolio monitoring.
Excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
Solid knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail.
